How long does it take?

About 2 weeks to prepare your application, then about 6 weeks to get a response from the planning authority.

Will I definitely get permission?

No. We know our stuff, so only submit applications we are confident will be approved. However very occasionally there will be relevant planning information that is not publicly available so is not something we can check, or the planning authority simply get it wrong!

What if my application is refused?

Depending on why the application is refused, we will either amend it and re-submit (free of charge), or make an application to the Planning Inspectorate for a formal decision.
